Understaffed. I waited a long time to be seen which made me late. As an apology I was offered an extra treatment which I declined as I was late enough as it was.

Very friendly staff. However, it was very busy and so my treatment didn't start at the time I booked. My nails came out lovely so I would recommend them for quality. It should be noted that the salon only takes cash so if you opt for any options eg nail art that will include an additional fee in the salon you should have cash with you.
