Ann Marie was lovely. Blow dry was done to perfection. I have such thick hair but it didn't phaze her. The wash my hair got was brilliant it was scrubbed and it was so relaxing nothing was rushed. Tina did a fab job on my nails, I got shellac removal and reapplied. The colour is so Autumn glad I went with it. She was lovely to chat with. The shape she gave them is fab and the time she took to get all of the nail covered. Really impressed with them

Leo was a gentleman, No small talk which I love :) genuine conversation, hair was fabulous after. Also I am not sure of the ladies name who washed my hair but she was excellent as well very thorough and the head massage was a bonus :)
