Staff taking personal calls on mobiles. Clients left sitting waiting while staff had 2 phone conversations and checking their mobile for messages. Not my therapist, she was excellent. It was one of the hair stylists. I was charged €23 for shellac removal and reapplication. Other clients only charged €15 for same service
