The hairdresser I booked was not available. My appointment was near 15 minutes past the scheduled time. My bill from my purchase receipt was amended to an extra €15 euro. The reason given was “ the length of my hair “ I’m not aware that this was outlined in my online purchase. There was no card payment facility which resulted in me leaving the premises to go and queue at an atm. Yours Sincerely John
