Very accommodating. I was late for my appointment and they still managed to see me and do all 3 treatments. Polite and friendly though a lot of talking over your head which is always a bit off putting. A great manicure but when it came to polish there wasn't enough time between coats and the top coat smudged. So they never looked salon perfect
