My appointment was near 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
My bill from my purchase receipt was amended to an extra €15 euro. The reason given was “ the length of my hair “ I’m not aware that this was outlined in my online purchase.
There was no card payment facility which resulted in me leaving the premises to go and queue at an atm.

Still no hand sanitisers available/visible/present for use or any cleaning/sanitising carried out while I was there. Second time in the last three weeks with the same concern
