I had an appointment for 3pm on Christmas Eve to have Shellac remove and reapply. I arrived on time and told to take a seat. Sat there for 20 mins and then told it would be another 15 mins wait so I had to leave. Terrible service to a loyal customer. I did get my nails done every 2-3 weeks here but NEVER AGAIN
