Apart from a delayed appointment due to being short-staffed and a change to the stylist that I booked, I received a professional service. The treatment steps were explained to me and it wasn't rushed given the pressure the salon was under. Very happy

Possibly the worst blow dry I have ever got, could not get the knots/tangles out of my hair and continued to straightened over them and then asked for an extra €2 on top of what I had already paid. Awful, would not recommend!
