Really disappointing. Decided to treat myself and was looking forward to a little pampering. Unfortunately I felt they were not interested in providing good customer service, they just saw it as a task like they wanted to get me out of there ASAP. I got a curly blowdry which was done poorly as she was too hurried to care about sectioning my hair well and kept pulling out previous sections into the new one. I though I might have bald patches after. I got home and curls fell out & hair knotted allover
