The salon was in an excellent location and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was obvious from hearing the staff discuss styles, colors etc with other clientele that they really knew what they were doing and cared about their customers. I was offered tea, coffee etc but asked would it be possible to get a glass of water and was given a bottle of filtered water which I appreciated.

Very efficient. Arrived just before my appointment time and was seen almost immediately. Was in and out for a wash and blowdry in less than 30 minutes which is exactly what I wanted given I was going for dinner with friends. Very happy.
