Very happy with my overall experience at Hermans. All of the staff were lovely, tea and coffee readily available and Lyndsey really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. Will be back soon

Usually I'm very happy with Herman's, but in this instance I didn't enjoy the experience. My hairdresser was a smoker whose hands still smelled smoky, making my hair smell smoky too. No offer of tea or coffee upon arrival, and very rough handling of hair during both wash and blowdry. Had to ask for flyaways to be dealt with at the end as was going to be left with frizz around the front. Not sure whether staff were just v busy but wasn't amazing.

Staff were very friendly and chatty. Wash was very nice using fragrant products. Opted for a curly blow dry which turned out lovely and the cute cup of tea was a lovely treat. Nice airy spacious salon would return.
