I went in for a relaxing Back, Neck and Shoulder massage but found the experience quite painful as have ended up with bruising on the left side of my back. I could hardly walk on Saturday evening. I believe I was given a sports massage as it was quite intense. Even though the masseuse was very friendly, I had to ask him a couple of times to ease up a bit as it was hurting. I would go back but probably wouldn't have the same masseuse and would ensure they know exactly what treatment I wanted.
