I come here regularly as I have a bad back. The message itself is always satisfactory but I find communicating with staff rather difficult and them abrupt sometimes.

My visit did not happen i bookes it for 11am arrived and the shutters where down. I tried calling and emailing with no answer. An asian lady turned up at 11:07am and said sorry no Lisa today come back tomorrow. Terrible experience avoid this place.
