unfortunately my experience was not up to my expectations.During the blow dry, two stylists were working on my hair simultaneously which felt chaotic and unprofessional. The result was not as polished as I had hoped.

I always have good experience in icon, great chats about everything, always offered tea/coffee, salon always very clean. Staff lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend.
