Louise was pleasant, friendly and professional from my initial phone call to my consultation. She put me at ease from the moment I stepped through the door and talked me through the procedure I was to have. I had my ears pierced and the piercing went without a hitch, I can't praise her enough and would highly recommend her and Image Beauty Salon.
