Service was excellent. The hairdresser knew straight away what i wanted and I’m more than pleased with the result. I didn’t have to wait and the staff was really friendly. Good service for a good price

I booked at 5pm, nobody welcomed me when I arrived, 5min later the lady told me that it will be my turn soon. I asked again at 5:30 and she told me that I had to wait for 30min... Its a shame treadwell insists on cancellation policy but it should also insists on punctuality for its supplier. On the top of that there is nothing organic in this shop only chemicals brands despite its name. First and last time on treatwell.
