I arrived for my appointment and the salon was closed 28th August for 4.30 pm 🙃 had alot of trouble getting through no answer from phone and no response from email

The pedicure is still intact after weeks. As I have mentioned before Svitlana is an amazing professional. She knows what she’s doing! On the other hand, I have provided further details about the overall experience. Today intended to call to arrange my booking but the phone has been disconnected since a while ago, and in Google Maps this place says “Temporarily closed” but it’s open. Seems there's no management arround.

Svitlana is an amazing professional. However, I can see some abandonment in the place. At my first time here, I used to be offered coffee or tea while waiting. Later on, this never happened again, so you attend your appointment and there’s no music, no coffee, no tea, not anything. You get the nails done in complete silence and feel no one is there except you and the nail esthetician.

Salon double booked my appointment, when I arrived (they didn’t contact me before) they asked for me to return later in the day which I could not as I was in a lunch break. I was extremely disappointed and asked for a refund which I still have not received. I have emailed several times, salon phone number is not connected and Treatwell who took the €75 were beyond unhelpful and would not refund or even direct me in the right direction to get this resolved. So I am still out of pocket by €75!
