Would not recommend this place at all, really badly managed and unprofessional. No staff, management take your booking and then when you get there they turn you away leaving you with no appointment. Not worth the hassle, too unreliable and zero customer service.

While the service was pleasant and the staff were very polite, I paid for a 90-minute session but received only 60 minutes, which also included the application of mask. I feel disappointed that 30 minutes were missing from my paid session time.

Whilst it’s called a manicure it was a file and polish. Same for the pedicure. My nails completely flaked nd smudged after I left. I was there for an hour so nails could dry. No heater so left to dry naturally which is fine except the top coat was never applied.
Atmosphere in the place is awful. Kate my therapist was a lovely girl and tried hard but wow waste of time and money.
I did write to the salon with pictures to show them but they have not responded
