Lovely experience

My lashes are over-processed and tangled and crunchy. I don’t know if it’s because my technician kept leaving to take phone calls, but they feel very frail and crispy and are now curling in on the eyelid or tangled up with one another. It’s quite upsetting because it seemed like a really nice place and I’m insecure about how I look since visiting.
