I didn't know the difference between Polish gel and BIAB gel, and my nails were big, she removed the excess and was already applying the shellac without correcting the part where the nails had grown. them bad thing is that she only did it because I asked and she could have explained the difference and offered the right service. I believe that because I was the last customer of the day, she was very anxious to leave.
