I was reluctant to leave a negative review of this place as the staff had all been so kind & welcoming, but there's just no way to sugarcoat it, the lash lift was very disappointing, there really was no lifting done at all, not a single eyelash, in fact it looked the same before & after, so it felt like we just paid €50 for nothing, brow lamination was okay but I'd recommend it for people with already fuller looking brows. Threading was great and meticulous, grateful they didn't charge us extra.
