I got a very simple wash and blowdry and my hair was not washed properly (not washed at the nape of my hairline with any shampoo at all and no water really, it was basically dry). I didn’t feel like the shampoo was properly washed out at the top of my hair. My hair was also not dried fully so when I got home I had to dry my hair. I felt I couldn’t go back because the staff weren’t very friendly and I was afraid to complain. I don’t mind if a stylist is junior, but this wasn’t acceptable.
