No apology, no explanation, no attempt to reschedule, nothing. Very blunt and rude... what is the point of using the service if appointments are not honoured?

Terrible. Service was gruff and unfriendly. They scolded me for booking a curly blowdry. Blowdry itself was very poor with damage done by brushes and rough treatment. Avoid avoid avoid.
