Dear Lana, Im writting to you following my appointment on friday, initialy planned at 4.30pm. I came to you asking for a brown color with some copper undertones and after checking your book we agreed on a color 5. While mixing products you finaly decided on your own to mix it with a lighter color as you thought it would look better in your opinion. In the end the color is way way lighter than requested and I already know that after 2 shampoo it will be as light as when i came to you today.
