I booked and paid online to get my hair done and was charged a further 70 euro on arrival. The woman at the reception was lovely but my hairdresser was unprofessional and rude. I got a layer of bleach done on my hair that was left on for TWO HOURS and i woke up with scabs on my scalp from it, not to mention the lack of people wearing masks. As well as hairdressers leaving while working on a client.Overall the place was overpriced,unprofessional and unfriendly, i couldn’t recommend a place less.

I went for a haircut with Walmes, very talented to make the haircut modern and managing curly hair. I also tried colour for first time to cover gray hair. He offered to do balayage and roots. After drying, I was not convinced with how the colour looked on me even though work was well done. I was honest about it and he was so kind to change to a darker colour so that i'd feel more comfortable. I left happy with the results and especially Walmes quality of service. Will be back and I recommend it
