First time and last time booking at le fringe. NO HAIRCUT & WAISTED LUNCH BREAK. Came 5mins early and hair dresser (Walmes) never showed up after waiting 20mins. When he was finally contacted he had no clue about appointment, and would take 30mins to arrive. Don't understand how they can't keep to an appointment booked days earlier when I receiving 2 emails and a text message about it.

I came on time for my haircut and went up to the receptionist. He told me tht there would be half an hour or more wait as the stylist I booked was busy, I was little annoyed as I had a Lil baby with me plus I had another appointment scheduled right after that one. The guy told me that they had a problem with the system and that treatwell had double booked them. Having no other choice but to come back later..Would really have appreciated to have had a call earlier to let me know of the situation.. But on the bright side my stylist Sharon was really apologetic and really put me at ease. She understood what I wanted to get done and gave me just that. Overall good experience could have been great if not for tht little hiccup which to be honest was treatwells fault. Would defo come back again.

Such lovely staff in here that were really helpful. The lady I had did an amazing job at cutting and blow drying my hair. Costs 40€ rather than 27 that I had booked though, which I was a bit confused about, and wasn't made clear to me until the end. Happy to pay though and would come again for sure!

Brilliant hair cut and really nice place. Whole experience was very relaxing and I loved my haircut!
