I made a booking on treatwell for a haircut and ladies keratin treatment which was priced at (€45+€25). I came in for the appointment asking for a "ladies keratin treatment" as advertised on treatwell for €25. The hairdresser suggested I go for a bazillian blow out, which is indeed a keratin treatment, only it costs €150 (price advertised on treatwell =€70). No one mentioned the price to me at any point of time, so I ended up paying 8 times the price I was expecting the treatment to be.
The lady who looked after my hair seemed untrained, making fairly obvious mistakes (not bothered to tell me where I should hang my coat, water spilled on my neck during the hair wash, the hair dryer was very hot and burnt my scalp a few times, not particularly gentle when combing my hair, entering the wrong price on the card machine...).
Overall a very very disappointing experience.
