I have been attending Leo body therapy for a number of years now with due to a high demand training schedule on my body Leo keeps me in top physical shape and injury free. Leo is a true professional and is clearly well educated and passionate about his work and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in sports recovery. Thanks so much Leo!

I suffer from back ache and general tightness from computer work. Leo has really helped with these problems. He has become my “go to” wellness specialist. My recent treatment was a thorough massage and stretching, with some reflexology - it really loosened me up and I felt great afterwards. He is a terrific multidisciplinary therapist but also such a pleasant and caring guy.
