I had a appointment at 4.45pm for a Deluxe spa pedicure. On arrival i was asked to sit in the chair with my feet soaking for 5 minutes. 5 minutes passed and nobody came near me. It was 5.05 by the time anyone came over to me, 20 minutes after my appointment was due to start. The lady who was doing someone else's nails was saying across to the lady who was doing my pedicure to just a normal pedicure not a deluxe.I taught i booked the wrong one and said no more. Only to check my email booking when i got home to realise it was a deluxe i booked.
My pedicure started and it was over by 5.50. My nails were painted and that was finished at about 5.55pm. All in All i got a 45 minute treatment but i paid for a 1 hour 15 minute treatment. When my nails were painted i was told to sit there for at least 15 minutes or for as long as i can. I got up at 6.15 and she said do you think there dry i said well i'm here 20 minutes? She then told me to wait longer i said i cant sit here all night can they not be put under the lamp. With that i was told now and she would spray them for me. She went off and got a spray, sprayed them and told me to wait longer. I sat there for 5 more minutes until i had enough. I got up and left. My nails were not dry and my pedicure was not up to standard. My feet basically look the same as they did when i came in and my nails has to be done again.
It was a waste of my time and money. I emailed the company myself 11 days ago they replied and asked where i booked it and I'm still awaiting a reply.
Awful customer service along with a awful pedicure.!!

It's cool. Communication is a bit off at times but I like the way they do my nails.
