Worst experience - made a booking for 11am got a call to come in at 12 which was fine - arrive at 12 and still had to wait 20min till they could assist - they then did not know what I was booked in for and I had to show them my booking and they were still confused - ended up just getting gel removal and leaving as the service has been so bad! Will never book or come here again. More customers coming in and having to wait for book a later slot as they have been triple booking people - also only one pedi chair but three people booked for a pedi at the same time!! Absolutely ridiculous - would have left with no treatment had they not already started the removal process
