So I bought this a a gift for my friend and when she came to the appointment the person at the reception simply said that the therapist was on holiday. They then rescheduled it. Why no one emailed or called me/her to advise us before? She had to come all the way to the salon and find out on the D-Day. Also, the person that told my friend did not even apologize. So unprofessional.

Srijana.G was very friendly. My nails were removed with care and painted with care. And my nails still look amazing. So I'm happy with them. There could be more tranquil music playing in the background, however fab affordable nails and a great location. Very central.
