Very disappointing experience with Ly. In the 4 years getting my lashes done by a variety of technicians it has never taken 45 mins to do refills. Too fast and feels like there’s too much glue ! Ly was very rude to me also. I had to come back within a week for a refill - so €110 in total! I’ve had my lashes done at least 6 times here and never feel the staff can understand when I tell them what look I prefer. On a positive note,the salon is always spotless.
