I train quiet a lot and mixed with my desk job I need a regular massage therapist. I've been going to Mark for over a year now and my body has benefited so much from his treatments. He use's a mixture of Sports and Deep tissue massage to help work on my problem areas. Without a doubt Mark has helped keep my injury free and able to train properly. I can't recommend him highly enough and the location is so easy to get to, just off the M50.

Mark has been my massage therapist for just over a year now. I work out 3/4 times a week & I also have a job where I’m on my feet a lot.
We have a chat about any problem areas I may have & he always manages to find exactly the spots that need the work most.
I look forward to each massage as I know I’m gonna feel great after it. Can’t recommend him enough!
