A great massage, took the time to find out about areas that were stiff/tight and focused on those. Checked in that the pressure was right and I left feeling great.

Mark was a great therapist. Really helped work on shoulders and hips which were giving me loads of trouble and also gave me useful tips and exercises to strengthen my problem muscles.
He is super friendly and very willing to help and share knowledge to help you get better
