Nails turned out lovely, but the experience was a bit rough on my hands, lots of tugging at them and painful cuticle work. I’ve been going to Joann for years and was never notified she’d left, which is disappointing as a loyal customer. The shop is full of talented employees, but it would’ve been nice to have been notified of this change.

I wanted a shellac manicure with some ombre. the salon accommodates a change in my booking last minute and were easily contactable. the nail work was good but the clean up was very bad, I still have sprays of nail paint on my fingers due to this.
