The staff are pleasant and friendly but have limited conversational skills which is good as it saves the awkward small talk! The salon is clean and well-stocked with plenty of staff working fast and efficiently. The only issue I had is the end result. For the second time, I have been left with near perfect nails. There are bubbles and lumpy varnish on both my thumbs which isn't obvious but bothers me! This wouldnt stop me recommending or returning to the salon but I will point it out next time.
