I booked for legs waxing and a pedicure. A beautician started with the pedicure and put a lot of cream on my legs, like she has to. ...and then after that, another beautician told me that the leg's waxing will maybe not work because I had cream on my legs. I told her that I was surprise that they started by the pedicure for this reason and she told me that they don't do waxing that early. So why not asking me to come latter ?!
For the pedicure, my feet's skin still has hard as before. The beautician told me that I have to come three time to make it smoother. Three time, seriously ?!
I've done shellac, when I get out it already seems that it was made 2 weeks ago, my feet's nails where not properly covered...
They have student prices, not showed on treatwell. Instead of having regular nails polish, I've asked for shellac. I told them that I would normally have student price but that of course the can't refound me the already payed on treatwell but that they can at least not ask me to pay the extra cost for changing from regular nail polish to shellac. They refused.
By the way, the picture they put on treatwell is not from their place.
I would not say that it was dirty theire (they were cleaning the floor when I arrived) but neither that it was clean and fresh. The towel smelt were old and smelt humidity. It was hairs (not mine) on the wax roll.
They have people working theire not able to speak english. I think all of the beauticians here are student coming here to learn english. They told me that they were all beauticians in theire on country but I'm not sure of the training they had because of the result... They were really kind but I don't pay to make new friends.
I was in holliday in Ireland and thought to have a nice relaxing time to make me nice before coming back home but I was really disappointed. If i had knew, I wouldn't have put that much money on it.
