Was treated by 4 different people in the space of an hour. It would appear all bar one were training and were struggling with the process. The person who shaped my nails didn't speak English and just nodded at me every time I asked for my nails a particular shape. Eventually I gave up and filed them myself when I got home. The nails aren't awful but I wouldn't go back
