I visited this nail bar for gel removal but received a poor-quality polish manicure that didn’t dry properly. I had to return and asked to switch to gel polish to avoid waiting for regular polish to dry. This led to an embarrassing ordeal where I had to explain myself publicly in a busy salon and to the manager over the phone for a five-euro difference. Although they waived the fee, the experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.
