Not coming back. I was browsing my phone for suitable pictures to show for styles. The hairdresser leaned in and swiped MY PHONE, uninvited, to a whole different style and gestured as if HE wants to proceed with that. I understand there could be language barriers. It felt like what I wanted wouldn't get through - ended up paying for trimming my hair down a significant length (not the intent).

I understand we are all stressed but I was treated both terribly and really well: the main guy at the salon was like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde... In the end I got more less what I wanted but not without being talked down to - I think I know my hair better than any hairdresser and if I say the curls will fall out if it gets blow dried first, think I know. Of course, an hour later hair was poker straight. But the cut and toning was good, so happy with that. Won't be coming back, but thanks anyway.
