I already have long nails and used to do them by myself so I decided to have a shellac appointment because of being tired of doing them on a weekly basis.
I asked for a colour from the display but they didn't have it. I went for another colour but I don't know and am unsure that they used the right one given the fact that it's way lighter than what I chose. it would have been pretty easy working with my nails since I usually take care of them by myself but when I left I had a horrific colour and uneven nail shapes. some of them have been square some of them rounded I had to come home and shape and cut my nails by myself and of course the polish broke when I did it. I just think it's unfair to leave a place completely dissatisfied. I expected more than this. again I decided to not say anything in order to not insult a person's work but it's not professional to do the job only half way. I used to visit salons in another country before and I never encountered so much lack of professionalism that I did here.

Great place really - nice staff, fun atmosphere and good value, the location is also fantastic for Phibsborough/ Cabra.
