I loved my experience as a client at NCA, both Kim and Natalie were amazing. I've been to numerous hairdressers but have come out feeling like "it'll do" which is not good enough when you're paying hard-earned money. But, thankfully for the first time ever I left loving my hair colour, it was purely down to the fact that Kim listened to my request and talked and asked questions. It was such a pleasant experience all around friendly relaxed environment. Thank you so much can't wait to be back.
