The appointment was meant to be for a deep conditioning wash, cut and blowdry that would take approx 90minutes. 15mins in and I was wasged and the haircut was done. I asled for layers to add volume and very few layers were put in. It was also cut with a central parting despite me informing them that I have a side parting. I asled for a curly blowdry and I was told that it would cost €5 extra as it would take more time. At this stage I had only been there 20minutes. I agreed to pay the €5. The blowdry was not good. I said that the ends did not look curly and I was told it was because of my hair being thinner. I have never had this problem in any other salon. The blowdry did not look great when I left and I had to fix it a lot before going out that night with it. Overall I was disappointed and I would not return to this salon.
