Went in for a small trim and curly blow-dry, cut off about 5 inches, absolutely devastated as I've been growing my hair out for a year. Laughed at me when I looked so shocked when he made the first cut, and joked about the amount of girls he gets crying everyday that he cut off too much. Also kept going on to the other staff members not to tell their boss about how long he took on a cut and blow-dry, it was only half an hour, but it's nice to know my hairs on a timer. Was really upset with the whole experience,
