Staff didn't know what she was doing. Wash was included but didn't wash. Awfully failed my hair.

Excellent staff the managed to get my slightly tangerine(overprocessed) locks back to fabulous..even if I do say so myself;) I've gotten olaplex there a couple of times and its a good add. Threw in a fringe cut for free as I'm hesitant to cut it at the moment, good value/staff/service I'll be back:)
