Overall it was good, but nothing special. I'm happy with the haircut, but blowdry was a waste of time, my hair looked like it needs to be washed the day after.

Staff were so rude not one word spoken to me at all,they were talking to their group of friends in their own language the whole time water was freezing hairdresser was rough and they over charged me

Staff were not very attentive - my original hairdresser suddenly left to go home early after starting and left it to another employee to finish the colour and cut. I got a haircut and a copper balayage, price was a higher than originally quoted when I booked, though still much cheaper than my usual hairdressers - and Treatwell did not give me the option to choose hair length which was why it was more expensive. The cut was uneven on the front, felt like there was not a lot of attention to detail here. Overall good price, but perhaps not value and not the relaxing salon experience I was hoping for.
