Brilliant haircut! The hairdresser was friendly and did a great job with my hair and it still feels so soft and smooth from the blowdry even after a few days. Brilliant value

The color turned out very nice, but I was not that excited about the blow dry (my fault for not pointing it out at the spot). My hair has a lot of volume, but the hairdresser managed to flat it completely, I wasn't going anywhere, so it didn't matter, now I know I have to emphasize I want to keep the volume. It might have been because I was the only customer at the moment and terribly tired, but it felt like they wanted to get rid of me asap. The value and overall service are good, but I would prefer a better approach, maybe I just looked like I want my space.
