The nail removal took forever and the technician albeit nice and caring, was quite inexperienced and tried several methods to remove the acrylics I had on and weakened my nails quite a lot. The colour choice for the shellac manicure was quite limited and the one that was used on me was really bumpy, the nail polish was not smooth upon application and the finished look was quite below my expectations and previous experiences, however the place looked nice and the staff was lovely.
