This was not informed to me before. I only got to know about the new charge after everything was done.
Had they been clear about the charges before I would have no continued and stick with my initial booking. I feel that they tricked me because I had opted to pay for the booking at the venue. No doubt, balayage was done good. But near the roots colour turned copper in a day.
