Ricky did not do my hair. He was preoccupied with a blonde Customer much you than I. They were running late. I had a weak hair wash and despite paying for a treatment no head massage. I asked for body from lady who was deputised for blow dry and got no body. Also I booked at 1700 to ensure being done for important public lecture at 1816. Nobody vared
