If I could give a higher score than 5/5 I would. Rafael was fantastic, and extremely friendly. He explained everything he was doing and I have left with a lovely new haircut. Great spot!

The stylist who did the treatment for me is attentive and unlike most of the stylists that I've come across, he didn't try to upsell me with services and products, which I appreciate. He also provided tips for taking care of my hair, and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the process.
